An eSIM is an embedded SIM that needs no physical card. Just scan the QR code provided by the provider to install it on your phone, supporting multiple numbers on one device.

After purchase you'll receive a QR code. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM, scan the QR code and follow the prompts. We recommend installing before departure and activating after landing.

Plan validity starts from the activation date. After purchase there's usually a 30-day to 1-year installation window — check each provider's terms for details.

Most phones can store multiple eSIMs, but only one can be active at a time. You can switch between them for different trips.
